301 Thickener

  301series thickeners are specially developed for the pigment printing industry and are widely used in pure cotton or other synthetic fabrics.

301 thickener is very convenient for the prefabrication of slurry in the process of pigment printing. Add301 thickener directly in the process, and the mixed system can effectively achieve the required thickening effect (with or without adding pigment).

Application:

The liquid nature of 301 thickenermakes it ideal to be directly added to the printing recipe without the need for the intermediate process of storing the paste. First mix water, binders and other auxiliaries with the paint, and then slowly add it while stirring.301 Thickenermust be fully stirred for 10-15 minutes until the desired viscosity is reached to ensure that the thickener is evenly dispersed.

Storage conditions: The storage temperature of301 thickener is 5-40℃.If the product freezes, the package can be thawed in warm water with the product.
