Diisopropyl azodicarboxylate is used as liquid foaming agent for vinyl resin. It can be used for making light colored vinyl foam plastics. With uniform pore structure, closed cell or open cell foam can be obtained with different formulation and processing conditions. In addition, it is also used as pharmaceutical intermediates and organic synthesis reagents.
