Preparation method:
The stem of Cinnamomum chinense, a Labiatae plant, was refined by steam distillation and re steaming.
After long storage or oxidation in the air, it becomes black and thick. The flash point shall not be higher than 100 ℃.
Soluble in glacial acetic acid, propylene glycol, non-volatile oil and ethanol, insoluble in glycerol and mineral oil.
Quality standard:
Aldehyde content (by volume): ≥ 80%
Acid value (ot-4): ≤ 15.0
Optical rotation: - 1 ° ~ + 1 °
Rosin or rosin oil test: negative
Heavy metal test (GT-16-5): negative
Chloride test (OT-13): negative
Solubility in alcohol (OT-43): 1ml is soluble in 2ml of 70% ethanol
Packaging and storage:
