Brief Introduction

Rubber accelerator TP is a kind of overspeed vulcanization accelerator commonly used in the field of plastic and rubber additives in China. It is suitable for the latex of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, CIS butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber. Compared with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, it has higher promoting effect and can make vulcanization at room temperature. Vulcanization flatness is also good. Vulcanizate is soft and transparent, with good physical properties. This product can be used with thiuram, thiazole and guanidine accelerators. When used as the second accelerator of thiazole, its mixing amount is less than that of accelerator TMTD and PZ. This product is slightly polluting and is mainly used to make sponge rubber, balloon, gloves, latex and general latex products.
