Brief Introduction
Accelerator ZDC is a super accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubber. It is a representative variety of zinc dithiocarbamate and a general accelerator for latex. This product is non polluting, non discolored, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. Alkaline accelerator can activate it and has good dispersion, which can improve the tensile strength and elasticity of vulcanizate. Good dispersion in rubber can improve the tensile strength and elasticity of vulcanizate. Antioxidants should be added to NR and IR to improve heat resistance. The accelerator ZDC can also be used as an anti-aging agent of the bonding system.
