This product is suitable for copolymerization with unsaturated monomers such as maleic anhydride or acrylic acid to synthesize polycarboxylic acid water reducer. It has the characteristics of low cost, high water reduction rate and environmental friendliness. It can prepare polyether modified silicone oil and polymer dispersant through hydrosilylation or copolymerization. It is widely used in paper making, coating, printing and dyeing and other fields.

The innovative polycarboxylate dispersant has special structure, which can encapsulate all kinds of raw materials into irreversible cages. The unique molecular weight distribution and the balanced hydrophilic oil affinity groups make the products used in WDG preparations with fast disintegration, high suspension and low foam. Application features: 1. It has strong universality and can be widely used in water dispersible granules. 2. The dosage is low and can meet the requirements of developing high content preparations. The recommended dosage is 3-5%. 3. Unique hollow spherical structure and pure white appearance. 4. Smooth extrusion, continuous slitting, good toughness, smooth appearance and less water. 5. Spontaneous disintegration: spontaneous disintegration in water with dense wire drawing. 6. Disintegration time: there is a faster disintegration speed in 30 ⁰ C and 5 ⁰ C water. 7. Suspension rate: it has good suspension rate in water with different hardness.
