2-aminoniacin is an important intermediate of medicine and pesticide. It is traditionally obtained by activating pyridine ring from 3-cyanopyridine or 3-amidopyridine, and then hydroxylation in 2-position chloride of pyridine ring. Due to the complex synthesis route and low yield, the cost of 2-aminonicotinic acid is very high.
