Environmentally Friendly Flame Retardant; Special Environment-Friendly Flame Retardant for Homopoly PP
Brief Introduction
Homopoly PP special environment-friendly flame retardant is a high-efficiency and environment-friendly flame retardant containing phosphorus and bromine. This product can reach UL 94 V-2 level by adding a small amount (1.2%) to homopoly pp. it has good self extinguishing effect, no precipitation, no frost, and there is no need to add additives such as antimony trioxide and antioxidant. The formed product has good surface gloss, good thermal stability, water resistance, non-toxic, etc.
As an additive flame retardant, this product is applied to homopolymer flame retardant PP with flame retardant requirements of UL 94 V-2. Fillers (such as talc powder, barium sulfate, glass fiber, etc.) can be added appropriately. It is not suitable for polypropylene with calcium powder. The modification of silane coupling agent will reduce the flame retardant effect.

This product can be melt blended with ABS during ABS processing, and the melt index of flame retardant ABS is high. Better performance price ratio can be obtained by using this product.

It fully meets the requirements of EU ROHS directive and reach regulations, and does not migrate and precipitate. This product has the characteristics of halogen-free, environmental protection, good flame retardant effect and excellent water resistance. It is an ideal substitute for bromine antimony flame retardant.
