Brief Introduction
This product is a three functional monomer with high boiling point, high activity, low volatility and low viscosity. Brief Introduction
It is a highly active aftereffect accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing and short vulcanization time. When the vulcanization temperature is above 138 ℃, the promoting effect is very strong. Often cooperate with TMTD or other basic accelerators to form a second accelerator. Alkaline accelerators such as thiuram and disulfide carbamates can enhance their activity. It is mainly used for manufacturing industrial rubber products such as tires, rubber hoses, rubber shoes and cables.

As a pesticide, this product is usually called fumeishuang. It is mainly used to treat seeds and soil and prevent cereal powdery mildew, smut and vegetable diseases. As a super accelerator of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex, it is usually called accelerator TMTD. It is the representative of thiuram vulcanization accelerator, accounting for 85% of the total amount of similar products. As a super accelerator of natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, Ⅱ, R and EPDM, it is one of the most utilized. The vulcanization promoting force is very strong, but when there is no zinc oxide, it is not vulcanized at all.
