This product can be used as softener and waterproof agent of chemical fiber. It can also be used as dye, coating dispersant and metal antirust agent.

Octadecylamine is a kind of aliphatic amine produced in large quantities in industry. It is slightly soluble in acetone, kerosene and methanol, easily soluble in carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, ethanol, isopropanol and toluene, soluble in alcohol, ether and benzene, insoluble in water, alkaline, and can form adducts with hydrochloric acid, which is irritant to human skin and mucous membrane. This product is mainly used as organic synthesis intermediates, for the production of octadecane quaternary ammonium salt and a variety of additives. For example, thickener of cationic grease, mineral flotation agent, emulsifier of synthetic resin, pesticide and asphalt, fabric antistatic agent, wetting agent, waterproof agent, surfactant, bactericide, color photo coupler, corrosion inhibitor of oil refining unit. Stearic acid reacts with ammonia to form octadecylnitrile, which is then catalytically hydrogenated under pressure to further reduce enamine to obtain octadecylnitrile.

This product is used as solvent for insect glue paint, alkyd resin, nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, dye, grease, printing ink, etc.

Emulsifier NP-10 is mainly used as the main raw material of synthetic detergent. It is also used as an industrial assistant and is widely used in textile, papermaking, petroleum, metallurgy and other industries.

The product has excellent penetration, wetting, emulsification, diffusion and foaming properties. In acid, alkali, hard water and inorganic salt resistance, the permeability can be greatly increased by adding a small amount of table salt. It is widely used in various processes of textile printing and dyeing industry, mainly as penetrant and wetting agent, as well as detergent, dye aid, dispersant, insecticide and herbicide. It is mainly used as penetrant, emulsifier and dispersant in adhesives.
