Brief Introduction
Niclosamide is a kind of cestode repellent with low toxicity. It has high curative effect on many kinds of cestodes. The mechanism of cestode is to block the cycle of tricarboxylic acid of cestodes and make lactic acid accumulate and cause the death of cestodes. It is the first choice for the prevention and treatment of cestodiasis in livestock, poultry and pets. It has a strong insecticidal effect on Taenia saginata, Taenia saginata and Taenia saginata. Low concentration of the drug can promote the uptake of oxygen, while high concentration can inhibit the oxidative phosphorylation reaction of mitochondria, hinder the absorption and uptake of glucose, resulting in the death of scolex and proximal segment of cestode, which falls off from the intestinal wall and is excreted with feces. It can also be used to kill oncomelania, oncomelania eggs, cercaria and miracidia. It has high molluscicidal rate, slow action and long residual effect. It can be used to prevent schistosomiasis, and the effect is better when the temperature is above 20 ℃. In addition, this product is harmless to people, livestock and plants, and highly toxic to fish, so it is forbidden in fish ponds.

Brief Introduction
N-iodobutyrylimide is an important electrophilic iodide reagent in organic chemistry. It can react with the intermediate of alkenyl aluminum to prepare alkenyl iodide compounds. It can also be used as an oxidant to oxidize and cyclize β- Lactam. Vinylsilane and vinylstantane were successfully converted into corresponding vinyliodides by n-iodobutyrylimide. In addition, under mild conditions, alkene boric acid reacts with n-iodobutyrylimide to form alkene iodide with constant geometry.
