Brief Introduction
(R) - Pantetheine is a biosynthetic precursor of coa( R) - pantethine and its corresponding disulfide panthioethylamine, as the construction unit of coenzyme A (COA), play a key role in metabolism.
CAS:50-45-3
Molecular Formula:C7H4Cl2O2
Brief Introduction
Halogenated formic acid and its derivatives are a kind of important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates. They are widely used as raw materials for the production of fungicides, pesticides, dyes and drugs. 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid is one of them. 2,3-dichlorobenzoic acid is the key intermediate for the synthesis of specific antiepileptic drug lamotrigine (lamotrigine), namely 3,5-diamino-6 - (2,3-dichlorophenyl) - 1,2,4-Triazine and other drugs for the treatment of central nervous system disorders, such as 2,4-diamino-6 - (2,3-dichlorophenyl) pyrimidine.

Chloroquine Bis(Phosphate); 7-Chlor-4-(4-(Diaethylamino)-1-Methylbutylamino)-Chinolindiphosphat; 7-Chloro-4-((4’-Diethylamino-1-Methylbutyl)Amino)Quinolinediphosphate; 7-Chloro-4-(4-Diethylamino-1-Methyl-Butylamino)-Quinolindiphosphate; Alermine; Aralendiphosphate; Chingaminphosphate; Chloroquine Diphosphate Salt
Brief Introduction
This product is an antimalarial compound Chloroquine Phosphate is the phosphate salt of chloroquine, a quinoline compound with antimalarial and anti-inflammatory properties. Chloroquine is the most widely used drug against malaria, except for those cases caused by chloroquine resistant Plasmodium falciparum. Although the mechanism of action is not fully understood, chloroquine is shown to inhibit the parasitic enzyme heme polymerase that converts the toxic heme into non-toxic hemazoin, thereby resulting in the accumulation of toxic heme within the parasite. Chloroquine may also interfere with the biosynthesis of nucleic acids.
