Brief Introduction
Methylprednisolone is a kind of synthetic glucocorticoid, which has typical glucocorticoid effects, such as anti-inflammatory effect, inhibition of immune response and so on. Compared with hydrocortisone, the representative of glucocorticoid, its anti-inflammatory effect is four times that of hydrocortisone, but only 80% of the action of mineralocorticoid. The half-life of hydrocortisone in plasma is 2.5 hours. Hydrocortisone has unfavorable and favorable effects due to its different clinical dosage and course of treatment.

Brief Introduction
Vologlipide is an oral hypoglycemic agent that can improve postprandial hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus. It is successfully developed by Japan's Takeda company. α- The mechanism of glucosidase inhibitors is that they inhibit the disaccharide hydrolase which decomposes the disaccharide into monosaccharide（ α- Glucosidase), thus delaying the digestion and absorption of sugar, thereby improving postprandial hyperglycemia. The exhaled hydrogen was measured after sucrose loading in healthy adults. The results showed that the drug had inhibitory effect on the increase of blood glucose in clinical dosage.

Brief Introduction
Glibenclamide, also known as youjiangtang and daantai, belongs to the second generation of oral sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs. Its action mechanism is the same as tolbutamide. Its hypoglycemic effect is the strongest among sulfonylureas, and its action intensity is 200 ~ 250 times that of tolbutamide. It can selectively act on the pancreas β Cells and promote the secretion of insulin, which can enhance the hypoglycemic effect of exogenous insulin and strengthen the post receptor effect of insulin. Oral absorption is fast and the protein binding rate is high. The effect begins when the chemical book is opened in 30 minutes, and the effect is the strongest in 1.5 hours, lasting for 16 ~ 24 hours. The distribution volume is 0.1l/kg, the plasma protein binding rate is 90% ~ 95%, and the half-life is 4 ~ 8 hours. It is mainly metabolized by the liver. There are six metabolites, two of which are known to be hydroxylates, which have no hypoglycemic effect. They are mainly discharged from the urine and a small amount from the stool. Clinically, it is mainly used to treat mild to moderate non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
