Brief Introduction
Protease inhibitors. It can strongly inhibit membrane protease, skin stimulating release enzyme, blood fibrinolytic enzyme, fibrin and classical pathway of complement system, such as CLR -, CLS - and other trypsin like serinase proteases, and phospholipase A2, in vitro and in vitro α- Macroglobulin white bound trypsin has the same inhibitory effect as free trypsin. It is used to improve acute pancreatitis, acute deterioration of chronic pancreatitis, postoperative acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis after pancreatography and traumatic pancreatitis.
