Brief Introduction
Prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2 alpha in the naming of prostaglandins), also known as Denoprost (INN) in pharmacy, is used in medicine as a natural prostaglandin for induction of labor and abortion drugs. In mammals, it is produced by stimulation of the uterus, as there is no fertilized egg present during the follicular phase, and the uterus produces PGF2a. He acts on the corpus luteum, causing it to regress and form fibrotic ovarian white bodies. The action of PGF2 α is based on the number of luteal receptor 0.
