Brief Introduction
Boc-l-proline can be used as an organic synthesis intermediate and pharmaceutical intermediate, as a basic amino acid, as a biochemical reagent, in the process of biochemical research for peptide synthesis. It is an important intermediate for the synthesis of dacatavir which inhibits HCV protein NS5A. Dacatavir is a candidate drug for the treatment of hepatitis C.
