Brief Introduction
Homoharringtonine mainly inhibits DNA and protein synthesis of leukemia cells, dissolves and necrosis of nuclei, and obvious nucleolar lesions. It can also inhibit and damage G2 phase cells, so that most G2 phase cells enter M phase and are inhibited. It is a cell cycle nonspecific drug. Brief Introduction
This product is a sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drug. The effect is similar to that of tolbutamide, but the curative effect is 20 times stronger than that of tolbutamide. In addition to stimulating islets β- In addition to insulin secretion, cells can also reduce platelet aggregation, reduce blood viscosity, increase prostacyclin and reduce thromboxane A2 in blood, which is conducive to maintaining the normal structure and function of platelets and arteries and improving microcirculation, but it has no significant effect on cholesterol and triglycerides in blood. For non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, it is more suitable for adults over 40 years of age.
