Brief Introduction
Hydralazine hydrochloride, also known as hydralazine hydrochloride, is a known compound. Its chemical name is 1 (2H) - 2,3 diazaphthalone hydrazone and its English name is hydrazine. It has the effect of relaxing blood vessels and is often used in the treatment of moderate hypertension. In clinical application, it is usually associated with β- Combination of receptor blockers and diuretics. Hydralazine is an antihypertensive drug that acts directly on arterial and arteriolar smooth muscle. It can relax vascular smooth muscle and reduce peripheral resistance, so as to reduce blood pressure. Hydralazine has a moderate intensity of hypotensive effect, which is characterized by a significant decrease in diastolic blood pressure and an increase in renal blood flow.
