Ko 1173Cl; Ritalmex; Mexitil; Cirumimeru; 1-(2,6-Dimethylphenoxy)-2-Propanamine; Mexilitene; Ko1173; Katen; Olzoron; Mexilitine Hcl; Toy; Mexiletina
Brief Introduction
Mexiletine belongs to class Ib antiarrhythmic drugs, which can inhibit sodium influx in cardiomyocytes, reduce the action potential 0 phase division speed and shorten the effective refractory period of Purkinje fibers. Mexiletine does not prolong the time course of ventricular depolarization and repolarization, so it can be used for ventricular arrhythmias with prolonged Q-T interval. The drug has antiarrhythmic, anticonvulsant and local anesthetic effects, and has little inhibitory effect on myocardium. The effective plasma concentration was 0.5~2μg/ml, the toxic blood drug concentration is close to the effective blood drug concentration, which is Above 2μg/m. A few patients can have serious adverse reactions at the effective plasma concentration.

Dexfenfluramine; D-Fenfluramine; Redux; (+)-Fenfluramine; Dextrofenfluramine; Adifax
Brief Introduction
(S)-fenfluramine is the S-enantiomer of fenfluramine. It stimulates the release of serotonin and selectively inhibits its reuptake, but unlike fenfluramine it does not possess catecholamine agonist activity. It was formerly given by mouth as the hydrochloride in the treatment of obesity, but, like fenfluramine, was withdrawn wolrdwide following reports of valvular heart defects. It has a role as an appetite depressant, a serotonergic agonist and a serotonin uptake inhibitor. It is an enantiomer of a (R)-fenfluramine.

Brief Introduction
Bunaftide (Bunaftine; Bunaphtide; Meregon) is an antiarrhythmic agent.
