Chloroprednisone; Chlorprednisonum; Cloroprednisone; 6|A-Chloro Prednisone; Chloroprednisonum; 6Alpha-Chloro Prednisone; Cloroprednisona; Cloroprednisone [Dcit]; Unii-564Ibo56Ip; 564Ibo56Ip
Brief Introduction
Chloroprednisone is a topical glucocorticoid first reported in 1960. It is a chlorinated derivative of prednisone. The acetate ester prodrug, chloroprednisone 21-acetate, was sold under the brand name Topilan as an anti-inflammatory agent.
There is little published about chloroprednisone. This may be due to limited activity topically because the skin lacks the necessary activating enzyme 11-Beta hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase. Systemically, this agent's activity on Glucocorticoid receptors may not have competed with agents like Fludrocortisone or Dexamethasone.

Brief Introduction
Dihydrotestosterone can be produced directly by the testis, or it can be transformed from androgen and estrogen as precursors by surrounding tissues. It can promote the normal development of external genitalia and prostate, play a positive role in the emergence and maintenance of secondary sexual characteristics, and promote the maturation of sperm in epididymis. Clinically, it is mainly used for 5 α- Abnormal sexual differentiation caused by reductase deficiency, differential diagnosis of benign prostate disease. It is also of great significance to observe the curative effect of prostate cancer, sexual dysfunction, infertility and female hirsutism.

Brief Introduction
It has antibacterial effect. It is mainly used as a laxative. Emodin methyl ether can be used to study antibiotics, antifungal agents, bioactive small molecules and cell biology. In a study, emodin methyl ether has been used to test the cytotoxicity of human cancer cell juglanthraquinone C. Emodin is also used in a study to investigate the metabolic regulation effects of Rheum officinale on high fat diet.
