Desflurane is similar to isoflurane(CHF2-O-CHCl-CF3), which is a halogen compound of methyl ethane α- The ethyl part replaces chlorine with fluorine. Halogenation of fluorine can reduce the solubility of blood and tissue, change the boiling point, vapor pressure and stability of desflurane, and enhance its molecular stability, anti biodegradation and anti alkaline degradation.

Brief Introduction
Naperidil is a new receptor antagonist jointly developed and listed by Japan Zhongfang Pharmaceutical Association and Asahi Kasei Pharmaceutical Association. It was first approved to be listed in Japan in June 1999 for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The reasons are static and dynamic. At present, the effective drugs for the treatment of dynamic factors are α- Receptor blockers, such as naftopidil tablets, selectively inhibit the growth of prostate stroma and smooth muscle α 1 receptor, relax the bladder neck, reduce the urethral resistance of prostate segment, and alleviate the symptoms of dysuria. Naperidil tablet can significantly improve the subjective and objective symptoms of BPH patients, increase the maximum urinary flow rate and average urinary flow rate, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective new drug for the treatment of BPH.
