Itraconazolum; Itrazole; Sporanox; Oriconazole; Triasporin; -1-Ylmethyl)-1,3-Dioxolan-4-Yl)Methoxy)Phenyl)-1-Piperazinyl)Phenyl)-2,4-Dihyd; 3H-1,2,4-Triazol-3-One,4-(4-(4-(4-((2-(2,4-Dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-Triazol
Brief Introduction
Itraconazole is a synthetic triazole derivative. It is a synthetic broad-spectrum antifungal drug. Its antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial mechanism are similar to clotrimazole, but it has strong antibacterial activity against Aspergillus. By changing the permeability of fungal cell membrane, itraconazole has antibacterial activity against pathogens infected by shallow and deep true bacteria. Its antibacterial spectrum is wider and stronger than ketoconazole, It can inhibit the synthesis of ergosterol in fungal cell membrane, so as to exert antifungal effect.

Chloroxylenol; 3,5-Dimethyl-4-Chlorophenol; Ayrtol; Dettol; Espadol; 4-Chloro-3,5-Dimethyl Phenol; Parachlorometa Xylenol; Rba 777; Phenol, 4-Chloro-3,5-Dimethyl-; Camel; Benzytol; Ottasept; Desson; Pcmx; 2,6-Dimethyl-4-Hydroxychlorobenzene; 3,5-Dimethyl-P-Chlorophenol; 4-Chloro-3,5-Xylenol
Brief Introduction
P-chloro-m-xylenol is an antibacterial compound, which is widely used to control Gram-positive bacteria, but has limited effect on Gram-negative bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, fungi and viruses. It is often added to cosmetics, disinfectants and hand sanitizers. It is also widely used in antibacterial soap, such as drip. Studies have shown that it can achieve antibacterial effect by interfering with cell membrane potential. This substance has no significant toxicity to human and other mammals. It is basically non-toxic to birds, moderately toxic to freshwater invertebrates and highly toxic to fish. This substance is a mild skin irritant and may cause allergic reactions in some people. It is often cross allergic to cresol chloride.

Butenafine Hcl; 1-(4-Tert-Butylphenyl)-N-Methyl-N-(Naphthalen-1-Ylmethyl)Methanamine,Hydrochloride; Kp-363; N-((4-(1,1-Dimethylethyl)Phenyl)Methyl)-N-Methyl-1-Naphthalenemethanaminehyd; N-((4-(1,1-Dimethylethyl)Phenyl)Methyl)-N-Methyl-1-Naphthalenemethanaminhy; N-(4-Tert-Butylbenzyl)-N-Methyl-1-Naphthalenemethylamine Hydrochloride; Butenafine Hydrochloide; N-(4-T-Butylbenzyl)-N-Methyl-1-Naphthalenemethylamine Hydrochloride
Brief Introduction
Butenafine hydrochloride is a benzoamine derivative with antifungal activity. Its structure and antibacterial mechanism are similar to those of propylene amines. Structurally, it only replaces the propylene amine gene by phenylmethyl butyrate group. It has strong antibacterial and bactericidal activity and wide antibacterial spectrum. It is mainly used for tinea pedis, tinea corporis and tinea cruris caused by sensitive bacteria.
