Brief Introduction
Aniline violet is one of the earliest synthetic dyes, which greatly reduces the cost of purple dyes. The most famous purple dye in ancient times is "shellfish purple" extracted from the conch of bony Snail family. It takes a large number of bony snails to extract a little, and the cost is very high. Purple thus becomes the representative of the upper class social identity. This product is used as a local anti infective and bactericide in medicine. Its aqueous solution (10g / L) is commonly used as purple medicine. It can be used as dye in industry to dye wool, silk and cotton products treated with tannin into purple; Also used for dyeing paper, leather and making ink, printing color, carbon paper, etc.
