Brief Introduction
This product is an accelerator with fast vulcanization speed. It is mainly used in natural latex and neoprene latex products. It can also be used in the manufacture of vulcanized capsules, water tires, tire repair rubber, wires and cables, industrial products, rubber shoes, etc. This product can also be used as a thermal stabilizer for emulsion polymerization of PVC. It is especially suitable for soft products. Its general dosage is 0.2-0.5%. It will not stain the plastic products, but it can not prevent the products from being discolored by light. It cannot be used together with lead and cadmium stabilizers, otherwise it will cause discoloration of the products. Diphenylthiourea is also an intermediate of medicine and dyes. It is used in the production of indigo, methyl indigo, sulfide dyes, flotation agents, anti acid agents, etc. This product is a chemical reagent for the determination of osmium and ruthenium. The toxicity of this product is low. The LD50 is 400 mg / kg by intraperitoneal injection in mice and 2000 mg / kg by oral administration in rats. It has no carcinogenicity.
