Benzoin dimethyl ether is white crystal, melting point 64.0-67.0 ℃, soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, hot methanol and isopropanol, insoluble in water, easy to decompose in acid, stable in alkali and sensitive to light. It is mainly used as UV curing agent for UV curing system. It is used in ink, paper and metal paint. Store in closed packaging, away from light and heat.
