Brief Introduction
Hydroxylamine sulfate is colorless or white crystal, soluble in cold water, ethanol and methanol, mainly used as reducing agent, developer and rubber curing agent. The product is an important raw material for the synthesis of caprolactam and an intermediate of medicine and pesticide. It is used to produce a series of isoxazole derivatives, sulfonamides and vitamins B6 and B12. The derivative oximes or hydroxamic acid derivatives can be used to produce pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. It can also be used in the refining of polymer synthetic raw materials and compounds, polymerization catalyst and chemical analysis reagent. There are two ways to synthesize hydroxylamine sulfate. Methyl ethyl ketone, sulfuric acid and ammonia are reacted to form methyl ethyl ketone oxime, which is then hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid to obtain hydroxylamine sulfate. Sodium nitrite and ammonium bisulfite were mixed, sulfur dioxide was added at 0-5 ℃, hydroxylamine disulfonate was obtained by absorption reaction, and then hydrolyzed to hydroxylamine sulfate.
