Brief Introduction
Dithiothreitol has antioxidant effect. It can protect the reducing group on the enzyme molecule, maintain the reducing environment and stabilize the activity of the enzyme. DTT also contains some RNase inhibitors, which can inhibit RNase activity. It has the similar effect of mercaptoethanol (dimercaptoethanol), but the pungent smell of DTT is much smaller and the toxicity is much lower than that of mercaptoethanol. And when the concentration of DTT is 7 times lower than that of mercaptoethanol, the two effects are similar. But the price of DTT is slightly higher. Used as protein Ryukyu protectant and protein disulfide bond cleavage and sequence analysis.

Brief Introduction
As a common organic synthesis intermediate, 4-fluorobenzenesulfonyl chloride is mainly used to protect hydroxyl and amino groups. Its effect is similar to that of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride. However, due to the strong electron absorption ability of fluorine atoms on the benzene ring, compared with the hydroxyl protected by p-toluenesulfonyl chloride after combining with hydroxyl, its departure ability is stronger, which is more conducive to the subsequent nucleophilic substitution reaction.
