Brief Introduction
1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8-heptafluoro-10-iodoheptane is an organic fluorine fabric finishing agent. Organic fluorine fabric finishing agent has excellent water and oil repellency, air permeability, washing resistance, antifouling and easy decontamination. Its main component is perfluoroalkyl (RF) long-chain compound. The film formed by it has low critical surface tension given by RF group. Therefore, the treated fabric can still maintain the original color, hand feel, air permeability and wearing comfort, and show the oil repellency that general hydrocarbon or silicone water repellents do not have. Therefore, it has been rapidly popularized and become the mainstream of water and oil repellents.
