Brief Introduction
(1R, 2S) - REL-2- (3,4-difluorophenyl) cyclopropylamine hydrochloride is a common organic synthesis intermediate, which exists in the form of a hydrochloride. To achieve subsequent conversion, it needs to undergo alkali neutralization reaction to obtain a free cyclopropylamine structure. The amino groups in the structure can be converted into secondary benzylamine under the protection of benzyl bromide, and the ternary ring is not affected.
