Brief Introduction
1. It is used for the surface treatment of glass fiber and the treatment of reinforced plastic laminates. It can condense with silanol on the glass surface, form a covalent bond with glass, and improve the relationship between glass fiber and unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, and acrylic acid. Adhesiveness, heat resistance, water resistance of resin etc. It is also used as a coupling agent for filler silica for rubber, as a modifier for chlorine-containing resins, and as a raw material for the synthesis of various silicone products. 2. Used in organic synthesis, as an intermediate in the manufacture of silicone, as a coupling agent for adhesives and as a chemical reagent.
