1、 Product profile

This product is a halo free flame retardant used exclusively in TPU (polyester, polyether type) and the product is fully compliant with the requirements of the EU ROHS directive, reach and IEC 61249-2-21 regulation. 

It has a low addition amount, good fire retardant effect (through 3.2 mm, 1.6 mm UL 94 V-0 grade), 

does not precipitate white in the material, will not be hydrolyzed and processing performance is excellent and other good properties, the product can meet many field requirements such as electronics, electricity, electrical and electrical cable, in accordance with the current requirements of flame retardant materials without halogenation, low smoke non-toxic, green and environmentally friendly.

This product, as an added type flame retardant, is applied in TPU where the flame retardant requirement is UL 94 V-0 grade, and the flame retardant effect is excellent.

5、 Recommendations for use

1. The addition of 5% - 8% to polyester type TPUs achieved 3.2 mm V0 grade (UL 94), and 9% - 12% 1.6 mm V0 grade (UL 94).

2. With the addition of 25% - 35% flame retardants in polyether type TPU, a 3.2mm, 1.6mm V0 grade (UL 94) can be achieved.
