Physicochemical properties: volatile colorless liquid. Boiling point 103.2 ℃, 21 ℃ (2.93kpa), relative density 0.8314 (20.4 ℃), refractive index 1.3834. It can be miscible with ethanol and ether. Soluble in water, acetic acid, heptane, butanol and ethyl acetate. Long term storage is easy to polymerize. Stable in alkaline solution.

Product application: 1,1-diethyloxyethane is also a new high-grade perfume and important synthetic intermediate. It is widely used in cosmetics, food and other additive industries and organic synthesis.
