Performance:
It is nonflammable and stable at room temperature. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline (pH = 8) and can form melamine salt with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid and oxalic acid. In neutral or slightly alkaline conditions, it condenses with formaldehyde to form various hydroxymethyl melamine, but in slightly acidic conditions (pH 5.5 ~ 6.5), it condenses with hydroxymethyl derivatives to form resin products. In case of hydrolysis of strong acid or strong alkali aqueous solution, the amine group is gradually replaced by hydroxyl group to form cyanuric acid diamide, further hydrolyze to form cyanuric acid monoamide, and finally form cyanuric acid.
Main purpose:
Melamine resin can be prepared by condensation polymerization with formaldehyde. It can be used in plastics and coating industry. It can also be used as anti folding and anti shrinkage treatment agent for textile fabrics. The modified resin can be used as metal coating with bright color, durability and good hardness. It can also be used for strong and heat-resistant decorative sheet, moisture-proof paper and gray leather tanning agent, adhesive of synthetic fireproof laminate, fixing agent or hardening agent of waterproof agent, etc. 582 melamine resin was prepared from melamine, formaldehyde and butanol. As a leveling agent for solvent based polyurethane coatings, the effect is particularly good.

The package shall be complete and the loading shall be stable. During transportation, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage. Mixed loading and transportation with oxidants, acids, etc. are strictly prohibited. During transportation, it shall be protected from sun exposure, rain and high temperature.
