Summary
This product is a competitive muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist, which can relieve smooth muscle spasm and inhibit gland secretion. It is used for gastric and duodenal ulcer, colic of gastrointestinal tract, kidney and gall bladder, mydriasis examination and optometry, keratitis, iridocyclitis and drug administration before anesthesia. It is also used for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, septic shock and acute cardiogenic cerebral ischemia syndrome caused by antimony preparation.
