Anhui BBCA Biochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Fengyuan biotechnology or company) is a large domestic leading enterprise in the deep processing of agricultural products. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a green factory in Anhui Province. It has a postdoctoral scientific research workstation and an organic acid and amino acid R & D center. After industrial upgrading, relying on the platform of the National Engineering Research Center of fermentation technology, Fengyuan biology mainly develops three major industries: biochemical industry, biomaterials and bioenergy by using five core patented technologies: strain, fermentation, extraction, purification and polymerization. At present, biomaterials are the focus of the company's development. The phase I project of 150000 T / a lactic acid and 100000 t / a polylactic acid has been completed and put into operation, as well as supporting raw material pretreatment, thermoelectric and environmental protection workshops, forming the advantages of the whole industrial chain. The biological industry manufacturing base of Fengyuan biology in Guzhen, Anhui Province will also build six projects with an annual output of 500000 tons of lactic acid and 300000 tons of polylactic acid according to the modular project. Each module covers an area of 500 mu, with an investment of about 5 billion yuan. Starting from 2020, the first module will be constructed. By the second half of 2021, the company will form a production capacity of 400000 T / a polylactic acid. By 2023, the project construction with an annual output of 3 million tons of lactic acid and 2 million tons of polylactic acid will be completed. Fengyuan biology will become a major supplier of new biological materials in the world. In the field of biochemical industry, Fengyuan biological uses high and new technology to transform the traditional biochemical industry and produce a series of organic acids and amino acids. The company will also continue to research and develop new materials such as nano cellulose and PHA (polyhydroxyfatty acid ester), realize industrialization as soon as possible, and make greater contributions to the development of new biological materials and human sustainable development.
