L-Alanine

L-Alanine is a white odorless crystalline powder with a sweetness of about 70% of sucrose and stable chemical properties. Easily soluble in water (17%, 25℃), slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether, sublimation above 200℃, melting point 297℃.
