Heparin lithium
Product Performance:white amorphous powder, odorless, easily soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, with an average molecular weight of 15000 and stable at room temperature. The heparin lithium titer of the company is ≥ 150IU / Mg, and the anhydrous titer is ≥ 160iu / mg. Other indexes shall be controlled according to the drug substance standard of heparin sodium.
Scope of Application
It is also applicable to the collection of blood samples and biochemical samples in the emergency department. 1. It is also applicable to the clinical collection of blood samples and biochemical tests. 2. It is recommended to use heparin lithium as anticoagulant when determining the ion content in blood in clinical test, because it is the least likely to interfere with the determination of other ions.
3. This product is not a drug and cannot be used as an injection. It is forbidden to inject directly into human and animals.
Precautions
In order to ensure sufficient blood anticoagulation, heparin salt test tube blood collection must be reversed and mixed for 5-8 times as soon as possible. Especially when the ambient temperature of blood collection is higher than 25 ℃, the mixing of blood and heparin lithium must be timely and sufficient, otherwise it is easy to cause blood coagulation or local coagulation.
Heparin anticoagulation is not irreversible anticoagulation, so the test should be completed within 6h after blood collection in heparin lithium anticoagulation test tube, otherwise the test results may be wrong.
Heparin may be involved in the metabolism of cellular enzymes and ions, so the dosage of heparin may affect the test results. The dosage of heparin should ensure full anticoagulation of all and local samples, so as to ensure that most indexes of plasma can be repeated within 6h, especially sensitive indexes such as ast, alt, TBIL, DBIL and GGT.
Heparin lithium can be used together with separation gel. Anticoagulation effect, pipe wall silicification, centrifugation conditions and separation gel quality will affect the blood separation effect. It is recommended to use with the blood separation gel produced by our company to obtain high-quality plasma samples.
Suggestions for irradiation sterilization after adding to blood collection vessels: use y-ray irradiation with a dose of 8-25kg. The irradiation dose can be determined by the initial colony number.
Heparin lithium is a chemical substance with the appearance of white to almost white powder. There was no significant difference in the detection results of TP, Aso, UA, alt, Mg, Cl, TC and CRP between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum (P > 0.05). There was significant difference in the detection results of HBD, LDH and TBA between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum (P < 0.05). Therefore, in addition to HBD, LDH and TBA, there is a good correlation between heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma and serum. Therefore, it is feasible to use heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma instead of serum in life detection, and it can be used as an important detection method.
