Uses
SPEG 2400/HPEG 2400 is a main raw material of polycarboxylates high-performance superplasticizer, based on free radical copolymerization with acrylic acid to achieve well-performed polycarboxylate superplasticizer production.
The synthesized copolymer (PCE) has a high water reduction rate, good enhancing effect and workability, and is environmentally friendly. It is easily soluble in water with a high rate of double bond retention, the molecular structure is comb-shaped and has a high degree of freedom so that it can be redesigned or manufactured by a simple synthesis process to achieve a high-performance water-reducing agent with characteristics of low dosage, high rate of water reducing, excellent enhancement, durability, anti-corrosion to steel and so on.
