Polycarboxylate Ether EPEG

Unlike polycarboxylate water-reducing agents such as HPEG and TPEG, the unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of EPEG products is directly connected to an oxygen atom, forming a group of C-O bonds in the molecular structure, causing a shift in the electron cloud distribution of the double bond, thereby improving the charge environment of the unsaturated double bond in the large monomer, Make the reaction activity of double bonds in large monomers much higher than that of HPEG and TPEG, making it easier to carry out polymerization reactions;

On the other hand, it also reduces the spatial resistance of polyether side chain molecules to swing, increasing the degree of freedom of polyether side chain swing, and improving the encapsulation and entanglement of polyether side chains. The polycarboxylate based water reducing agent synthesized thereby has higher adaptability, especially suitable for projects with poor sand and gravel materials, poor cement, and high requirements for concrete performance.
