OVERVIEW

The main chemical component of industrial sodium carbonate (commonly known as "soda ash") is Na2CO3, which is widely used in chemical, glass, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, synthetic detergent, paper making, petrochemical and other industries.

The industrial sodium carbonate of the company is produced by the combined alkali method. The product quality complies with the national standard GB210.1 Industrial Sodium Carbonate and its Test Methods. The types of products available are:

A. Light sodium carbonate for general industrial use;

B. Heavy general industrial sodium carbonate;

C. Low salt heavy special industrial sodium carbonate (sodium chloride mass fraction less than 0.30%)

Plastic woven bag lined with polyethylene film (net content 40kg, 50kg); Single layer composite plastic woven bag (net content 40kg, 50kg); Container bag (net content 500kg, 1000kg).

Typical Properties

In production and life, sodium carbonate is used to make pastry, sodium hydroxide, etc., or as a formula for a variety of detergents. Water purification uses it as softener. In the industrial soda ash, mainly light industry, building materials, chemical industry, accounting for about 2 / 3; The second is metallurgy, textile, petroleum, national defense, medicine and other industries. The glass industry is the largest consumer of soda ash, consuming 0.2 tons of soda ash per ton of glass. The chemical industry is used to make sodium silicate, sodium dichromate, sodium nitrate, sodium fluoride, sodium bicarbonate, borax, trisodium phosphate, etc. In metallurgical industry, it is used as smelting flux, flotation agent for mineral processing, and desulfurizer for steelmaking and antimony smelting. It is used as a softener in printing and dyeing industry. Leather industry is used for degreasing raw leather, neutralizing chrome tanning leather and improving the alkalinity of chrome tanning liquor. It is also used in the production of synthetic detergent additive sodium tripolyphosphate and other sodium phosphate salts.
