Deepening Agent ZS-2

Deepening Agent ZS-2 is a special environment-friendly polymer specially developed for polyester fabrics. Its application process is simple, and it has obvious darkening effect on polyester fabrics in black / extra black, navy blue and other colors. The darkening effect can reach about 50%, and has little effect on the original color light, hand feel, dry and wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the fabric. It has a certain deepening and brightening effect on light and bright polyester fabrics, and also has a good deepening effect on other fabrics.

Dilution and compounding method: dilute and dissolve with normal temperature water

Matters needing attention:

1. The working fluid needs glacial acetic acid (2-3g / L) to adjust pH 4-5 to ensure the stability of the whole working fluid. 2. According to the processing condition, 712: 0.3-0.5g/l can be added to the working fluid in continuous rolling process to prevent "malignant" froth stains. 3. ZS-2 can be used in immersion method and dip rolling method. When finishing in the same bath with other finishing auxiliaries, the compatibility of relevant auxiliaries must be tested (dilute other auxiliaries first, and then add ZS-2 to observe its stability); If it is insoluble in the same bath, ZS-2 can be impregnated or rolled before other finishing. 4. Taking into account the hand feel and deepening effect, it is recommended to conduct deepening treatment first, and then soft finishing (if finishing with silicone oil in the same bath, it will attenuate part of the deepening effect). For deepening and softening in the same bath, 2231 and 6923 series silicone oils of Liansheng company are recommended. 5. Before finishing, the temperature of cloth surface shall not be too high. It shall be cooled to below 40 ℃, and the temperature of rolling groove shall not be too high. 6. The processing speed shall be stable, and the processing temperature shall be ≥ 160 ℃, baking and crosslinking to ensure stable depth and color light.
