NS-19B is an acrylic super polymer emulsion. It has excellent chemical stability and can form a smooth, soft and deformed continuous film. It is an economical adhesive product specially developed for high quality pigment printing.

Soft feel, it is a high-quality and cost-effective product imitating reactive printing;
Excellent fastness (wet rubbing, dry rubbing, water washing and dry cleaning);
Printing does not plug, stick or block the screen;

Usage: coating: X%, adhesive ns-19b: 5-30% (from light color to dark color),
Thickener: 2-2.2% (high concentration products), 2.3-3% (conventional low concentration products)
Guiding process: printing → drying → baking (150 ℃) × 3-5min or 160-170 ℃ × 1.5-2min）
Packaging and storage
Packing: 120kg plastic barrel, lined.
Storage stability: within 0-35 ℃ in sealed container, the storage period is half a year.
