Resist Agent T600

Resist Agent T600 is a new generation of denim anti dye. It is a high molecular compound. It has the characteristics of high dispersion, high anti re dyeing and high stability. It is an environmental protection product without environmental limiting substances.

Characteristics and advantages

◎ it has obvious emulsification, dispersion and adsorption capacity for indigo dyes, which can effectively prevent the back dyeing of indigo dyes on the fabric, improve the contrast and brightness of the fabric and improve the product grade;

◎ it can improve the color fastness of washed fabrics;

◎ it can be used with enzymes or in general washing process to improve the washing effect;

Appearance: off white or light yellow irregular small or large solid

Ionic: nonionic / anionic

PH value: 6.0 ~ 8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: stir in 65 ~ 75 ℃ warm water according to the ratio of 1:9 ~ 15 for 30 ~ 60 minutes, cool down, filter and discharge.

Scope of application

It is used in the washing process of indigo denim textiles to effectively prevent dye back dyeing and anti staining.

Storage

Put it in a cool and ventilated warehouse to avoid heavy pressure and moisture, so as to avoid caking. The storage period is one year. It is easy to agglomerate in humid and high temperature environment, and the product performance will not be affected after thinning.
