Waterproof Agent LS-7500

LS-7500 is an organic fluorine compound, which has very low surface tension and can form a dense cross-linked film on the fiber surface. It is used for waterproof and oil-proof finishing of various fiber fabrics.

Application equipment and process: dip rolling method

Reference dosage:

Polyester fabric: ls-7500 5 ~ 15 g / L (170 ℃) × 1min）

Nylon fabric: ls-7500 15 ~ 30 g / L (170 ℃) × 1min）

Polyester / cotton fabric: ls-7500 15 ~ 30 g / L (150 ℃) × 2min）

Cotton fabric: ls-7500 30 ~ 50 g / L (150 ℃) × 3min）

Note: the actual dosage is adjusted according to the performance of the demand.

Dilution and compounding method: dilute and dissolve with normal temperature water

Matters needing attention:

1. Before mixing with other additives, the compatibility shall be confirmed through preliminary test. It is recommended to dilute the reagent with 2 ~ 3 times of water and mix it to avoid direct mixing of reagent stock solution. 2. When there are hydrophilic substances left in the previous processing on the processing cloth, it will affect the processing effect. Therefore, the cloth before waterproof and oil proof processing must be cleaned. 3. Baking must be sufficient during processing. If it is not sufficient, its performance will be affected. 4. Please use up the working fluid containing waterproof agent and combination agent within 12 hours. The working fluid placed for a long time must be used after confirming its stability and performance before use. 5. Store at - 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ to avoid freezing. After opening, pay attention to sealing to prevent volatilization and direct exposure to open fire and sun.
