Fluorine free Waterproof Agent WF-40

Product features

1. Imitating the ecological concept of nature, safe and environmental protection, completely free of APEO, PFOA and PFOS.

2. It can be used for polyester, nylon and cotton fabrics. It has excellent waterproof and anti siphon effects, but has no anti oil function.

3. It can be used as fluorine waterproof agent synergist and three proofing finishing synergist, which can reduce the cost.

4. Good running characteristics, not easy to stick to the roll, soft feel.

5. The product itself has certain durability. When used with crosslinking agent ls-710b or ls-710c, it can improve the initial waterproof degree and durability.

Basic characters

Ionic: weak cation

PH value: 3.5-4.5

Solubility: it can be miscible with cold water in any ratio

Miscibility: it can be miscible with non-ionic and cationic additives. It is recommended to conduct pre-test

Application method

Recommended dosage (DIP rolling method)

15 – 80g/l WF-40 (liquid carrying rate 60-75%)

Bath temperature: about 20 ℃

Drying temperature: 110-130 ℃

Baking conditions: baking separately on the baking machine: 150 ℃ x 3-5 minutes

Or fast baking on the tenter at 160-180 ℃ x 45-60 seconds.

Recommended formula:

(1) Waterproof finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics

WF-40：30 - 80 g/l

LS-710B：5 – 10 g/l (increased washability)

(2) Polyester and nylon fabrics

WF-40：15 - 50 g/l

 LS-710B (increased washability)

60kg plastic barrel packaging.

Storage

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse for 6 months.
