Weighting Agent WG-1

The Weighting Agent WG-1 is an organic compound with high specific gravity. After several printing and dyeing processes, the weight of the fabric may be insufficient. Without changing the door width, the weight of the fabric can be increased by using weight increasing agent WG-1.

Reference dosage:

The dosage w (g/l) of this product can be roughly estimated according to the gram weight x (g/m2), rolling liquid rate y (%), and the gram weight Z (g/m2) to be added.

The estimation formula is as follows: W=Z/(X*Y*0.75)*1000 (Note: wg-1 solid content > 75%, calculated by 0.75 here), and the actual dosage is greater than the estimated dosage.

If the gram weight of the fabric is 200g / m2 and the rolling liquid rate is 70%, and the gram weight needs to be increased by 10g/m2, the dosage of weight increasing agent is 10/(200*70%*0.75)*1000=95.23g/l. The above estimation formula is for reference only.

Dilution and compounding method: dilute and dissolve with normal temperature water

Matters needing attention:

1. This product is recommended to be used in dip rolling process. It can be used alone or shared with other finishing additives. Pay attention to testing the compatibility between additives before use. 2. The appearance of this product will change and thicken during storage, but it will not affect the solubility and use performance.
