Eco-friendly Chelating Disperse Agent 727-100% is specially developed according to the environmental protection requirements of printing and dyeing processing. This product has strong chelating ability to calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal ions and dispersing ability to solid particles. It can be used in various pretreatment and dyeing processes of printing and dyeing. It is a multifunctional and multipurpose chelating dispersant. This product does not contain phosphorus and nitrogen. It is an environment-friendly product.

Characteristics and advantages

Scope of application

Pretreatment of various fiber fabrics; Dyeing with direct, reactive, acid and disperse dyes;

All kinds of fiber fabrics are soaped after dyeing.

Usage method

Although this product can be used directly, due to its high effective content, it is recommended to dilute it with water to avoid waste. Dilution method: add 1 part of 727-100% to 3-5 parts of water, stir and dissolve, and use after filtration.

Note: This product is diluted with soft water. It will release heat during the dilution process, which is a normal phenomenon. If the water temperature is too low when opening the diluent, it can be heated slightly to accelerate its dissolution.

727-100% diluent 1~3 g/L(the dosage is adjusted according to different uses and water quality)

Storage

Put it in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, pay attention to moisture-proof, and the storage period is one year.
