It is colorless transparent liquid, density: 0.895g/mL at 25 ℃, boiling point: 141-143℃. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, acetone, ether, gasoline. Water will undergo hydrolysis to produce ethanol.

•As a RTV single-component silicone rubber crosslinker, it is also a raw material for preparing silicone resin and can also handle various inorganic fillers.

•Used as the main raw material for silicone resin, fabric finishing agent, benzyl silicone oil and so on.

•For the preparation of silicone glass resin.

•Used in rubber, pharmaceutical industry, as a raw material for organic silicon. This product is an important raw material for the production of silicone resin, benzyl silicone oil and water repellent. At the same time, it is easy to be hydrolyzed and can form alkali metal siliconate with alkali metal hydroxide. And it can also be used as a crosslinking agent for RTV silicone rubber.
