1. Diafenthiuron is an insect growth regulator (IGR) which interferes with the insect's physical development. This particular IGR interferes with the insect's ability to molt.

2. Diafenthiuron is highly efficacious against Coleoptera, Diptera, Homoptera, Coleoptera, Lepidoptera insects.

3. Diafenthiuron has special efficacy on Lepidoptera Noctuidae insects, such as Tobacco Budworm, Cotton Bollworm, Cabbage Butterfly, Asiatic Apple Leafminer, Leaf Roller, and Citrus Leaf Miner, etc.

Properties

Diafenthiuron is a thiourea insecticide and acaricide. It is mainly used for cotton, fruit trees, vegetables, ornamental plants, soybeans and other crops to control all kinds of mites, whitefly, Plutella xylostella, cabbage caterpillar, aphid, leaf cicada, leaf miner, scale and other pests and mites. It can inhibit the mitochondrial function of pests. It is used to control red spiders of citrus and apple trees, Plutella xylostella of cruciferous vegetables and other pests.
