Introduction:
Ozefloxacin is a new fluoroquinolone free antibacterial drug used to treat pustular dermatitis and other skin infections. It is used as cream (10g, 1%) to treat skin bacterial infections, including Gram-positive skin and soft tissue infections by inhibiting DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. At present, the compound has successfully completed the phase III clinical trial of treating adult and child pustular dermatitis, showing stronger antibacterial activity, good safety and tolerance.
